HOW TO CLOSE YOUR FIRST DEAL!!!

This is a 3 month hands on training program that teaches members step by step what it takes to close their first deal. We will work 15 leads with you and show you step by step what it takes throughout the entire process. Our goal is to close at least one home with you by the end of your 3 month training program. If you accomplish this, your training can be free. Your monthly contribution fee will cover the marketing expense to get leads needed for each month of training. Each step requires a minimum of 1 month of training and commitment.

Step 1-Aquisitions and Deal Structuring

This program is a step by step training on how to contact sellers, what information to ask and collect, and different ways to structure deals for acquisitions. You will learn what you need to learn for frontend initial acquisition process. You will be on the phone with our acquisition trainer while we go through leads with you teaching you the process.

Step 2-Negotiations and Contracts

This program is a step by step training on how to negotiate with sellers to create the best deal. In this step, we will also show you how to complete contracts. You will learn what you need to learn to complete the initial acquisition process. You will be on the phone with our acquisition trainer while we go through leads with you teaching you the process, negotiating the deals, and completing contracts.

Step 3A-Dispositions and Closing Deals

This program is a step by step training on disposition once you have a deal that needs to be sold and taken to closing. We will teach you how to look for buyers, how to market your deals, how to perform contracts with the buyers, and what steps are needed throughout the closing process. You will learn the basic essentials for Disposition from our Disposition trainer while we go through leads with you teaching you the process.

Step 3B-Going Solo-Marketing, Branding, Software

Want to go solo? We will teach you how to setup everything you need to venture out on your own. We will show you how to use our platform for automating your CRM, leads management, data collection, and marketing. During this step, you can choose to continue to work JV leads with us or focus your efforts to learning and launching your new business.
